Good day and welcome to The Clinic and the Ministry. I am Dr Kwabena Osei-Bonsu, and I have worked at both ends of this show's title, first in a district and later in a ministry programme. Today we look at a question that sounds small and is not. When a country distributes 2 million bed nets against malaria, which district gets them first? Someone has to decide, and the decision has consequences. I am joined by the programme manager who built that sequence, using case rates, rainfall, road access and past coverage, and by a district nurse who was in the third wave and had to explain the wait to families who had already seen the campaign on television. We will go through the reasoning, the logistics and the evaluation afterwards. You are listening on Witspeak Podcasts.
