Monday Morning Faith is for Christians who find Sunday easy and Monday hard. Daniel Mensah Boateng spent twelve years as an operations manager at a logistics firm in Tema before training as a lay preacher, and he still works in logistics, so he knows the gap between the sermon and the shift. Every weekly episode, about 30 minutes, takes one real workplace situation, a boss who asks you to round the numbers, a colleague who takes credit, a job you hate but cannot leave, a promotion that would mean missing church, and looks at it honestly through scripture and through the experience of a guest who has been there: a market trader, a nurse on night shift, a banker, a bus driver. Daniel is warm, practical and slow to judge. The show is not about getting ahead with God's help. It is about doing ordinary work well, as worship, without becoming either a pushover or a hypocrite.
